Screw Conveyors are ideal for most types of powder and small granular products, such as flour, seasoning, etc.
screw conveyor or auger conveyor is a mechanism that uses a rotating helical screw blade, called a “flighting”, usually within a tube, to move powder or granular materials.
The vibrator attached to the hopper is for enhancing the vibration so that the products don’t remain on the hopper, the vibration is pre-adjusted in the factory.

Every screw auger conveyor comes with a control panel, including stop, work, run, emergency stop, auto/manual, speed adjustable, reverse/ forward
To clean the material inside the tube by using the “reverse”, then products would come out at the bottom of the tube. on the other side, loading the products will be in ” forward”.
To clean the whole machine, we suggest by air blow, if by water take out the auger screw in advance.
